How to Report a Lost/Stolen Card

If the cardholder contacted you about a lost or stolen card, have them call PEX Customer Service immediately at 1-866-685-0898 to have a new Card issued.

If the cardholder is unreachable and you suspect the card has been lost or stolen, call PEX Client Services at 1-866-685-1898 ext 3. Client Services can block the Card and issue a new one for the cardholder.

The new Card will take 10 - 15 business days to arrive at the address on file. See the chart below for other delivery options. This process will disrupt service for the cardholder, as the old Card will not be authorized for purchases. If the cardholder did not lose the card, or found the Card after a new Card is issued, instruct the cardholder to destroy the old Card by cutting it in half and disposing of it in the garbage.

Once you receive the card(s), you must go on to the Administrator Site and activate them.

Delivery Options:

  • First Class Mail (10 - 15 business days) - Free
  • Expedited (up to 4 business days via UPS) - $35
  • Rush (up to 3 business days) - $45
