Note that only cardholders have the ability to cancel a “Pending” request.
Canceling a Pending Request via the Cardholder website
Choose "Request Funds" from the main navigation. You should see a list of pending requests on this page.
Hover over the “Pending” request you want to cancel. On the right, you will see a button with a dash icon. Clicking this button will prompt you to confirm that you wish to cancel the request.
Canceling a Pending Request via the Mobile app
Click on a “Pending” request and click on “Cancel Request.”
Note: the relevant administrators will receive a notification that the request has been canceled by the cardholder.
