How to Track a Card Order

Administrators can find a shipment tracking number for card orders on the "Card order history" page in the Administrator Site.

Card tracking information is available as soon as the cards ship, typically:

  1. Rush Delivery. Within 2-3 business days. 
  2. Expedited Delivery. Within 3-4 business days. 

How to Track a Card Order

  1. Log into the Administrator Site
  2. Click the "Cards" tab
  3. Click "Card order history" in the blue bar
  4. Select the card order from the list
  5. Review the tracking method and shipment date
  6. Click the tracking number link to view full details
    • Note: this will open a page on a 3rd party shipping website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS)


Click on the Tracking Number to check the status of a card order
